Many companies involved in the transportation of cylinders working under pressure are increasingly back to the issue of "safe transportation". This is because along with the basic requirements for vehicles carrying dangerous goods, the most important factors for safe transportation of gas are the serviceability of the tare and its proper filling.

With the growth in sales of liquefied natural gas and other technical, refrigeration and fire-extinguishing gases, used primarily in the domestic sphere, the tendency of the transfer into "multi-turn" tare, without a constant overpayment for the cylinders is simultaneously growing. The potential threat to the life of freight forwarders and the average consumer is now partially resolved in several ways: changes in existing state standards and technical regulations (TR CU), as well as the introduction of metal-composite LPG cylinders. However, state support for ongoing projects is not accompanied by increased control over filling stations, which sometimes filling "right to the top," and does not regulate the inflated prices, both for "explosion-proof packaging" and for new metal cylinders of domestic production.

An unconditional additional solution in improving the safety of gas transportation is the renovation of the existing park of the tare (cylinders). Here to consumers and carriers can be advised with confidence - do not be afraid to use a new imported tare (cylinders working under pressure). Since new cylinders of small and medium-sized, working under pressure from 100 to 300 bar, by European or Asian (Chinese) production are made of Russian standard steel, have been tested for compliance with Russian GOST 949-73, but are also accepted for filling on many Domestic filling factories.

Find bona fide sellers of imported packaging (tare, cylinders) on the market will not be difficult. Such companies will rely not only on a single Certificate of Conformity from the manufacturer, but will always readily provide all results of the full range of required tests for each batch and full package of documents issues the proper quality and safety assurance.
