QUALITY CHECKING

We provide assistance to Russian and foreign partners and customers in following procedures:

• consulting issues for production sampling;
• analyzing (testing) selected samples (liquefied clean gases, freons, cooling agents, refrigerants, chemical substances and liquids);
• obtaining expert reports on absence or presence of ozone-destroying substances.

In case there is a necessity to checking liquefied clean gases, refrigerants (freons, cooling agents), chemical substances and liquids for their compliance with the Russian GOST and TU or compliance of received/tested (samples) production with international standards or asserted claims (according to specifications/certificates of foreign manufacturers - SOA) , the customer may just send a sample to us.

Cooperation with the Chemical-Analytical center "Arbitrazh" of FGUP "VNIIM named after D.I.Mendeleyev", Testing Laboratory «Low-tonnage chemical products» FGUP RNTs «Applied chemistry» and other labs having necessary accreditation, allows us to send samples for testing in shortest possible time and provide the result to the customers.

Identification of component composition is determined by the methods of chromatography-mass spectrometry, Fourier-transform IR spectroscopy, gas and highly effective liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry with SPT, atomic emission spectrometry, as well as with the involvement of chemical methods of the modification of the identifiable components of the samples.

Periods of tests - 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the sample, subject to the availability of necessary set of documents from the customer.
