PROCESSING

(regeneration, cleaning, drying, recovery of raw materials)

We provide assistance to salvaging old fire-extinguishing systems (with refrigerants 114B2 and 13B1) and regeneration of used liquefied gases, including refrigerants (freons, refrigerants).

Adopted in 1985 the Vienna Convention «About protection of an ozone layer» and the Montreal Protocol on the substances destroying an ozone layer, forbade production practically all chlorine - and bromine of containing organic connections, including freons (refrigerants, coolants) 114В2, 13В1, 12В1, 13, 12, 113 and other. However, many refrigerating systems and the fire-extinguishing systems which are maintaining now in Russia, also as well as the procedural works which are carried out for a special equipment, still demand using the forbidden to production freons.

In view of actuality of using these ozone destructing substances, in the conditions of absence of the production, their deficiency accrues. An exit from the created situation for the last several years was in processing of illiquid freons, for the purpose of restoration of their properties in compliance with technical requirements of Russian standards by means of regeneration and rectification.

Since all freons are mono substances, except mixed coolants, they can be cleared (restored) to any degree of purity on special installations. Use of the various combinations traditional for organic chemistry methods of cleaning of substances, and also their updating’s - gives the chance not only to reach effectively purity degree of freons (refrigerants, coolants) set by Russian standard (GOST and TU), but also considerably to surpass their physical and chemical characteristics.

In the conclusion nevertheless we consider necessary to remind to potential consumers ozone-destructing freons, that still up to the end isn't proved the real impact of these substances on our mother-nature, and their use can harm not only recent, but also to the subsequent generations of inhabitants of our planet.
